AC to DC Converter Rotating Self-built TIG, I have to weld Aluminum max 2mm minimum thickness 0.6 mm with a TIG welder. TIG welders can operate in 2 modes or DC or AC square wave, I will make ‘one that operates DC. TIG welders are commercial eg from 30 to 150 Amps DC and cost 3000.00 euros.
